Part Condition

All parts are new and parted out from sealed sets. Minifigs have never been assembled and do not come with additional accessories unless indicated in the listing. Each minifig will be packed unassembled in its own poly bag.

 

Part Variation

We do our best to correctly identify part variations. If you require a specific variation, feel free contact me to confirm the accuracy of the variation before placing your order.

 

Packing

We typically pack small orders into poly bags and place it in a high quality bubble mailer. For larger orders, we will pack parts in separate poly bags and if the order will not fit in a bubble mailer, we will use a small box.

 

Shipping

We will ship your order within 1-3 business day after payment is received. For large orders, we will notify you right away if an additional day is needed to ensure the accuracy.

 

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Occasionally inventory errors will occur. We will do out best to address these in advance through proactive communication. When we pull and pack your order, we will notify you if there are any parts missing and give you a refund for the missing parts.  If there is a significant amount of missing items, we will give you the option to cancel the entire order or any other creative solution we can agree upon.
